Four Decades of Logistics Expertise

Maroon has four decades of experience in specialty chemical warehousing and logistics with access to network of 16 public warehouses across North America. Our customers rely on Maroon to reduce costs, increase speed, and mitigate their supply chain risk. This integrated distribution model focuses on the seamless collaboration of our organization with our customers’ supply chains to improve their operations. 

Certifications

Responsible Distribution

In 2003, Maroon became a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) and obtained Responsible Distribution (RD) certification. This third-party verification of environmental, health, safety, and security programs demonstrates our commitment to continuous performance improvement and RD in every phase of chemical storage, handling, transportation, and disposal. In addition, Maroon achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2010. ISO helps reassure that products are safe, efficient, and good for the environment. We were recognized in 2016 by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for our commitment to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and continuously work to progress as an environmental steward. We met the criteria for the Achievement Level of the agency’s Encouraging Environmental Excellence Program, which requires participants to demonstrate significant progress in at least seven environmental stewardship criteria.
